• Add Social Sharing Buttons to a Webpage: If you think outlinking hurts your site, this would be a bad idea (personally I don't buy that idea)
• Anchor Text from External Links: It is risky to over-optimize anchor text- but knowing where that line exists is difficult.
• Creating a Google Plus Profile for Your Company: Agreed. Exposing yourself to Google in this manner isn't risky.
• Google Bowling: dizzySEO is right, but if it does work there's no risk to the one doing the bowling.
